Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pilot Juliet — where we “Bring the Romance to Aviation.” We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, or odors.
  • Include original packaging and tags.
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine).

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance (“Final Sale”) items
  • Digital downloads or e-gift items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Limited-edition collections marked as non-returnable

 2. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style if stock is available.
To initiate an exchange, email pilotjulietllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Pilot Juliet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you applied a discount code, only the amount paid will be refunded.

If your return is rejected (due to wear, damage, or missing packaging), the item will be sent back to you.

 5. Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if your item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at pilotjulietllc@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

6. Gifts

If you received a gift purchased from Pilot Juliet and wish to return it:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email.

 7. International Orders

At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.

 8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time before your refund officially posts.
  3. Contact your bank.
